Aaron White
Principal
Aaron White is a Principal and co-founder of Evergreen Real Estate. Aaron utilizes his background in development and finance to deliver value and reliability to project stakeholders. Previously, Aaron was a Senior Vice President at CB Richard Ellis working with the apartment brokerage division. Aaron is a board member of Village Real Estate, Core Development, and a former board member and the Treasurer of the Nashville Area Habitat for Humanity. He graduated magna cum laude from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Aaron and his wife Rachel have three children.
Hunter Connelly
Principal
Hunter Connelly is a Principal and co-founder of Evergreen Real Estate. Prior to Evergreen, Hunter co-founded Core Development which focused on the development and renovation of in-fill neighborhoods. He serves as a board member of Christ Presbyterian Academy. He graduated cum laude from Sewanee: The University of the South with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Hunter and his wife Katty have four children.
Cory Short
President, Highland Building Group
Evergreen Real Estate partners with Highland Building Group to deliver quality and efficiency on every development project. Cory Short has 20 years of construction experience, totaling over $200 million in his residential portfolio and over $60 million in commercial construction and rehabilitation.
Tabitha Isbill
President
Tabitha serves as President for Evergreen Real Estate. She started in the commercial and residential property management industry in 2000 and has managed 1,500 commercial properties and 1,200 residential properties. In 2016, Tabitha became a Regional Manager over 3,000 apartment units in the Nashville, Chattanooga and Alabama markets. She has earned multiple prestigious certifications including Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) from NAHB and is a licensede real estate agent Tabitha and her husband, Shane, have two daughters.
Jonathan Gish
Controller
Jonathan Gish serves as the Controller for Evergreen Real Estate. Jonathan brings over 10 years of experience working in the financial field, much of that with Evergreen Real Estate. He enjoys the community and challenges that come with working for a development company in a growing city and state. He graduated cum laude from Trinity Christian College in the suburbs of Chicago and moved to Nashville in 2011. Jonathan is married to Lauren Gish and they have two children.
Jeremy Batson
Associate Asset Manager and Marketing Director
Jeremy Batson ensures Evergreen Real Estate’s rental communities operate smoothly and are marketed successfully. He also assists with new development operations. Jeremy graduated summa cum laude from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science in Education, while minoring in Business Administration and Philosophy, and earned Master of Business Administration and Master of Science degrees, through UT’s dual-degree program. Jeremy and his wife Laura have two children.
